Bad case of road rage involves drunk-driving charges

The 25-year-old driver has been charged with a host of criminal offenses,
among them
DUI, after a prolonged incident on the roadways of Baltimore. The incident,
as it were, involves the 25-year-old intentionally ramming his sizable
Nissan Titan pickup truck into two different cars on the highway.

The first driver to incur his wrath was a 61-year-old man who had honked
after the Nissan Titan came too closely from behind. It appears as though
the Titan was halfway in its own lane, halfway in the other.

After the 61-year-old honked, the 25-year-old drove his pickup into the
passenger side of the 61-year-old’s Subaru Outback. The Outback
pulled over, prompting the Titan to stop in the middle of the road, whereupon
the 25-year-old and his buddy got out of the Titan and began pounding
on the Outback with their fists.

The driver and passenger of another vehicle tried to come to the 61-year-old’s
aid; after which, the 25-year-old and his buddy came after the intervening
vehicle, hitting that one, too, and then rolling over and over.

Police discovered bottles of alcohol, several of them, both opened and
unopened, in the cab of the Nissan Titan.

Whether you have been arrested on suspicion of drunk driving for the first
time, or for the third or fourth time, you need to speak with a
Baltimore DWI lawyer to protect your legal rights.
